The very idea of the contest is to unite people who are passionate about choreographic art on one Internet platform, regardless of age, social status, dance style, as well as the level of training.
Here, on one virtual stage, both those who are just starting to take their first steps in this art, and those for whom dance has become a way of life and profession, will perform.
You will be able to look at the level of training and dance style of participants from all over the world, this time participants from Asia and the Caucasus, North America and Europe, Africa and Australia will present their skills.
And your performance will be carefully reviewed and evaluated by a professional jury made up of the best choreographers from different parts of our planet.

Gordeeva, 2008-2019 teacher of stage and modern dance RATI GITIS, member of the International Union of Choreographers, member of the jury of All-Russian and international competitions of choreographic art, Laureate of international competitions, Author of seminars and master classes in Russia, South Korea, Romania, Bulgaria, her productions have repeatedly become Laureates of International competitions.
Galina Vishnyakova (Russia)
Head of the Russian School of Classical Ballet at the RCSC in Delhi (India). Teacher of the highest qualification category in the class of choreography, 1972 - 1992 - soloist of the State Academic Bolshoi Theater.
She graduated from the Academic Choreographic School at the State Academic Bolshoi Theater.
Work experience - 36 years.

Varvara Voronina (Iceland)
Summer intensive of the Vienna Ballet Academy in Austria (2014), dance master class in Italy (2011-2019), IDEC MALTA in Malta (2017). She has received and used numerous scholarships for Steps on Broadway (International Students Independent Program), Broadway Dance Center, Barcelona Ballet Project. In 2022, she graduated from the Moscow University of Arts with a bachelor's degree in ballet teaching with honors. Assistant in the modern dance class at the summer intensive Dance Master Class, teacher of the College of Music and Theater Arts in Moscow and ballet teacher, choreographer in the Lavrovsky Laboratory. In 2019, Varvara Voronina moved to Iceland. He works in Akureyri as a choreographer and prepares teams for the World Cup Dance competitions.

Well, I congratulate the winners and I want to say that watching your performances brought us great pleasure, and following the results of the competition, We, the international jury consisting of the best professionals of choreographic art in heated disputes, made a collegial decision to give the Grand Prix to the White Swan Academy team under the leadership of Ula Binkys (USA). ON THE CONDUCT OF THE SECOND INTERNATIONAL CORRESPONDENCE
THE COMPETITION- FESTIVAL OF DANCE "VARTADANCE – 2024 WINTER SYMPHONY"
The organizer of the competition-festival:
The Organizing Committee of the International Charity Correspondence Competition of the dance Festival "VARTADANCE-2024".
Chairman of the Organizing Committee: - Anna Artemovna Vartapetova, Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences, author of scientific publications on choreography, laureate of International competitions, member of the International Union of Choreographers and the Union of Theatrical Figures of the Russian Federation, honorary member of the jury of the World Ballet Grand Prix.

The form of the competition-festival: In absentia.
To participate in the competition, you must fill out an application.

Goals and objectives of the competition-festival
The main goal of the competition-festival is to popularize, demonstrate, cultivate taste and love for various dance styles and professional performance.

The objectives of the competition-festival:
1. Development, support and popularization of the creative potential of children and youth;
2. Professional development, exchange of experience;
3. Uniting people around the dance art, both amateurs and professionals from all over the world.
4. Improving the skill level of choreographers.

Conditions of competitive performances
Creative children's, youth and age groups, as well as individual performers of the choreographic genre from all over the world are invited to participate in the competition. The competition is open and accessible to every participant without age restrictions.
Students of professional choreographic academies and ballet dancers are evaluated separately.
Each team has the right to participate in several nominations.
The soloist has the right to exhibit more than one variation. Each performance is evaluated separately.
It is allowed to use stage costumes and accessories in performances.

Nominations:
• Classical and neoclassical dance
• Folk dance (folk-scenic, folklore and characteristic)
• Modern dance (jazz-modern and contemporary)
• Author's dance (pop, story, acrobatic,
historical, ballroom and other genres)
• The best production.
• Stage image
• The best video among the numbers submitted for the contest

Categories:
• solo
• duet
• small group (3-6 people)
• ensemble (6 or more people)

Age categories of participants:
• 1 age category: 5-6 years old
• 2 age category: 7-8 years old
• 3 age group: 9-10 years old
• 4 age group: 11-12 years old
• 5 age category: 13-15 years old
• 6 age category: 16 years and older
• Participants with disabilities
The age category is determined at the time of the performance.
In a duet - for the senior participant, in groups - for the majority of participants. Professional performers start from the third age category.

Evaluation criteria (maximum score of 10 points)
• purity and technicality of execution
• artistry and musicality
• integrity of the composition and technical complexity
• stage image

Rules of work of the organizing committee and the jury

The Organizing Committee:
1. Decides on the composition of the Jury.
2. Coordinates the work of the Jury during the Competition;
3. Performs other functions in accordance with this Regulation on the competition-festival

The jury of the competition:
1. Evaluates the performances of the participants according to a 10-point system, taking into account the following criteria: purity and technicality of performance, musicality and artistry, integrity of composition and technical complexity, general appearance;
2. The decision of the jury is final and cannot be changed.
3. The jury consists of internationally renowned choreographic artists from Armenia, Iceland, Russia, South Korea, Germany, Australia and the USA.

Prizes and awards of the competition-festival:
1. The results of the competition and awards are summarized according to the nominations, taking into account the age categories and provide for the award of the title:
• The winner of the Grand Prix,
• Laureates of I, II, III degrees in each category and nomination,
• Diploma holders and participants with the presentation of electronic diplomas.
2. The Grand Prix is awarded to the best team or individual
performer by the decision of the Jury and is awarded with the author's production of a dance number from the president of the competition Vartapetova A.A.
3. Laureates of the first degree are awarded with online master classes by the decision of the jury.
4. According to the results of the competition, a top list of the best participants in each nomination is formed, and a GALA concert will also be mounted.
5. Each member of the jury is given the right to establish his own incentive prize according to criteria not included in the competition regulations.
